Welcome to Diamond State Double Date Transportation Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our transportation services within the State of Delaware and beyond, as applicable. By booking, using, or paying for our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided: We offer professional, pre-scheduled, and on-demand passenger transportation services. This may include private rides, event transportation, and other related services as described at the time of booking.
2. Eligibility to Use ServicesYou must be at least 18 years old to book a ride. Minors may travel only when accompanied by a responsible adult or with written parental/guardian consent. All passengers must comply with the safety and conduct requirements outlined below.
3. Bookings and Payment Reservations: Bookings can be made by phone, online, or through our official communication channels.Payment: Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website.Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Customer Cancellations:24+ hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund.Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.Less than 2 hours: No refund.Company Cancellations: If we must cancel due to weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Passenger Conduct and SafetySeat belts must be worn at all times.No smoking, vaping, or illegal substance use is permitted in the vehicle. Disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the ride without a refund. Alcohol may be consumed only if permitted by Delaware law and agreed to in advance.
6. Liability and LimitationsWe are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Luggage and Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Dangerous or prohibited items (explosives, flammable materials, illegal substances) are strictly forbidden.
8. Privacy and Data Protection. We collect only the personal information necessary to process bookings and deliver services. Your data will not be sold or shared except as required by law or for service provision. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Area Our primary service area is Delaware; however, we may provide transportation to and from surrounding states as permitted by law and our licensing.
10. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website or made available upon request. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware.
