Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2025. At Diamond State Double Date Transportation Services, we strive to provide dependable, comfortable, and timely transportation for all our customers. We understand that plans may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our company.

 

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility* Customer-Initiated Cancellations: * More than 48 hours before the scheduled trip: Full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. * Between 24–48 hours before the scheduled trip: 50% refund of the total fare. * Less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip: No refund will be issued.* No-Show Policy: * Customers who fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up time and location without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations. Suppose we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, vehicle issues, or driver unavailability). In that case, customers will be offered: * A full refund, or * An option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

3. Deposits and Non-Refundable Payments* Some reservations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.* Non-refundable deposits will not be returned unless Diamond State Double Date Transportation Services initiates the cancellation.

 

4. Delays and Service Interruptions* While we make every effort to arrive on time, traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.* Delays do not automatically qualify for a refund, but partial refunds or credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

 

5. Refund Processing* Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.* Any applicable credit card or bank processing fees are non-refundable.
